• By uploading, you grant us a license to display your content on Akurium.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share what you post.

You agree not to:

• Post illegal content or infringe on others’ rights.
• Upload pornography or sexually explicit images.
• Post graphic violence or hateful, harassing, or threatening content.
• Spam, advertise, or promote outside services without permission.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

Mature Content

• Content with nudity, weapons, or adult themes must be marked as “Mature”.
• Mature content will be hidden behind warnings and age confirmations.
• Pornography, explicit sex acts, or gratuitous violence are prohibited.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Akurium is a work in progress. Features may change at any time.
• We may remove content or discontinue the service at our discretion.

• Akurium is provided as-is with no warranties.
• We are not responsible for user-uploaded content.
• We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the service.
• We make no guarantee that user-created content and/or user-managed content will be retained or recovered in the event of data loss, server or hosting problems, or any other technical issues that may arise.
